While we don't carry any two-way check valves for an air brake system that the Hayes Air Actuated Trailer Brake Controller # HA100400C would install on, I can say that two-way check valves are also known as double check valves and a quick browser search found that these are fairly easy to come by. I'm sure if you have a truck shop nearby that they would have just what you need as well. Just make sure that the check valve fits with your current air lines and that the tubing from the check valve to the brake controller is 3/16" of 1/4" diameter SAE approved.
If you are newer to the air brake game you may want to see if someone who has done this type of thing before would be willing to come help you so that you can still get experience working on your truck. I've attached a clip from the instructions for you to check out.
