Yes, you can absolutely put a trailer hitch ball on the Reese Towpower 3-Way ATV Hitch # RP7065000.
What you need is a trailer hitch ball with a 3/4" diameter shank, and there are a couple options for you, depending on the size of your coupler:
- 1-7/8" Hitch Ball # 19256
- 2" Hitch Ball # C40018
I have added a link to a video review for you to check out as well of the Reese Towpower 3-Way ATV Hitch # RP7065000.
