How to Add Clearance to Gooseneck Trailer When Towing with 2019 Ram 3500

I have a 2019 ram 3500 short bed with the OEM Gooseneck Prep package. Does any one make a gooseneck kit similar to the following BandW part number BWGNXA2062 that is offset 4 to 5 inches?

So nobody makes an offset gooseneck hitch ball for the 2019 Ram 3500 OEM puck system simply because that receiver is circular so the offset could possibly rotate around in the receiver. With that being said, we still have some viable options that will work with the B&W Ball and Safety Chain Kit # BWGNXA2062 that you can check out.
Instead of using an offset hitch ball we can swap out the inner tube on your gooseneck trailer and use the B&W Extend-A-Goose Gooseneck Coupler # BWTEXA4200 which has a 10" offset.
If you want to further upgrade your system then you could instead use Gen-Y Pegasus Shock Absorbing Gooseneck Coupler # 325-GH-7066 which has similar weight specs, but it also includes cushioning to help give you a much more smooth ride, and an 11" offset.
