For your 2006 Honda Accord sedan, I recommend using the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver # 24787 you referenced. It is only a Class I which is all that is allowed for your vehicle, so your max capacity is 200 lbs. Based on my research the Pride Go Go Elite Traveler scooter is 76 lbs and 37 by 19.5 inches. I recommend using cargo carrier #C18110 which will work well with your hitch and scooter. We don't have any carriers that have a ramp for the class I compatible carriers so you would either need to lift one end of the scooter at a time to load or create a ramp to assist. You will not be able to ride the scooter onto the carrier.
