The Dexstar Steel Spoke Trailer Wheel - 15" x 5" Rim - 5 on 4-1/2 - White Powder Coat # AM20422 will absolutely be able to accommodate the 65 psi needed when upgrading to a larger tire.

To do this, all you need is the Americana Rubber, Snap-In Valve Stem - 1-1/4" Long - Up to 65 psi # AM20903.

The #AM20524 for your main wheels and #AM20422 as your spare will work well for you. As you noted, both wheels have the same ratings, measurements, and bolt hole pattern so as long as you use the same size tire on all of the wheels, they will work…
