The EcoHitch Invisi Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 306-X7211 is the only class III option for a 2014 Subaru Impreza so as long as you have the center knock-out panel in the lower rear fascia this is what I recommend. I personally love the EcoHitch options because they are really high quality which I have come to lean after installing several myself so I know you will be impressed as well.
For a 7-way trailer wiring harness, you will need to start with the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness part # 118573 which is plug and play then you can add the adapter, the 7-Way RV Upgrade Kit for Trailer Brake Controller Installation part # ETBC7L. If you don't have a brake controller, the Curt Echo Wireless Trailer Brake Controller part # C51180 is the easiest to install option and best for your particular setup.
