According to what I was able to find, the 2019 Tiffin Open Road Allegro is manufactured on a Ford F-53 Chassis. The exact sway bar you need will depend on the GVWR of your motorhome, which should be mentioned on the manufacturer's ID plate along with the VIN and other important information.

For 15,700 lb, 18,000 GVWR models less than 34 feet long, use # RM-1139-146 which would install in conjunction with the existing sway bar. For 22,000, 24,000 or 26,000 lbs, use # RM-1139-149. The factory sway bar will be kept in place but if the existing U-Bolts won't be long enough to accommodate the 1/2 inch thick plate, washer and factory nut a replacement U-bolt kit would be needed. If the existing U-bolt is rounded, use # RM-590050-10, or # RM-590050-00 for a square top U-bolt. 20,500 lb GVWR models would use # RM-1139-145

For a front sway bar, use # RM-1139-148.
