Will this work with a Curt wireless brake controller? How do you hook it all up?

I was able to reach out to Furrion about using the Furrion 7 Way Vehicle Power Adapter Cable for Furrion RV Observation Camera # FR87PR with a Curt Echo Mobile Brake Controller # C51180 and they were unable to provide a solid yes or no on this one because of how new the product is and the mixed feedback that they've received. At the end of the day this harness is designed for situations where you've got a 2017 or newer Ford of GM truck, or a 2014 or newer foreign made truck/SUV; if your truck is older than those dates, you should not have any issues using this harness with the Curt Echo and the Echo will simply plug into this harness (which is plugged into the vehicle) and then you would plug the trailer's 7 way connector into the Echo.

If you've got one of those model year trucks, you're likely going to be best served going a different direction with your brake controller and using something that is installed in the vehicle like the Tekonsha Prodigy # 90885. This brake controller offers proportional braking in the same manner that the Curt Echo does, and in most instances will allow you to plug and play with a wiring harness that is vehicle specific. If you can provide us with your tow vehicle I can see if there is a harness available for you to use during installation.

The other thing you can do is to test the 7 way plug on your tow vehicle, using a continuity test where you're looking for 300 mA of power coming off the running light circuit (make sure the running lights are turned on); as long as you're getting at least that reading using a multimeter like the # PT89ZR.

If you're somewhat comfortable with wiring then the best solution is going to be pulling the camera off and splicing in the PWM Filter # VGR64VR behind the camera. This provides a steady current for your camera while also negating the need for a 7-way adapter.
