Do the Spring Bars Need Removed To Back Up with the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution System

hi, is it best to remove the sway bars when backing into my campsite using this hitch? I am backing up a 4500 pound travel trailer with my ram truck… Just in case you need that bit of information. Thanks so much!

In regards to the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution w/ 2-Point Sway Control part # FA92-00-0800, you will not need to remove the spring bars to back up unless you need to do so at a sharp angle. In which case, you would want to go ahead and disengage the spring bars so you don't run into issues with binding and damaging the weight distribution head.
