The Hopkins 7-Way RV Style Connector with Molded Cable part # H20046 is an excellent option for a trailer side molded 7-way cable and is flexible. In regards to use in the winter, this won't be a problem though the cord would be stiffer. In order to wire this up you would also need the Trailer Wiring Junction Box part # 38656.
I have attached a list of all our trailer side molded 7-way cables for you to look through as well. That said, I couldn't really say one is better for use in the winter than others as functionally will be more or less the same. The cables will be stiffer in colder temps no matter which option you choose.
