If you had the Reese style of factory fifth wheel rail kit in the bed of your 2008 Ford F-350 the correct B and W fifth wheel hitch you'd need is the Companion part # BWRVK3300. This fits the rail kit directly and will give you the best fifth wheel hitch you can get.
