Ground Clearance with Stealth Hitch on 2019 Audi A4 Allroad

Question:

Thanks Jameson. The official ground clearance 6.5” is measured at the lowest point of the car, presumably. The rear underbody panel of the A4 looks like it’s a little higher than the mid-point of the car so perhaps a 2” loss isn’t a net 2” loss from the official ground clearance? That’s me being hopeful.

Basically you'd lose right at 2 inches of ground clearance at the center of the rear bumper of your 2019 Audi A4 Allroad when the lower ball mount portion of the Stealth hitch part # 391AUDA417T.

I can't get you an exact figure since we haven't had chance to install this but if you check out the picture I attached you can see what I mean. Also, when the ball mount is removed you'd have no loss of ground clearance at all.

It looks like the exhaust hangs lower than the lower rear fascia. You probably wouldn't even lose the full 2 inches like you mentioned. Probably be best to measure from lower fascia to ground and go from there.
