Recommended Trailer Hitch for a 2019 Audi A4 Allroad

Hello, we just got a 2019 Audi A4 Allroad and want to install a trailer hitch so we can tow our small pop-up. What do you recommend?

In fact, the hitch is completely hidden once installed so no one will ever know a trailer hitch is even present. Please note, if you have any hands free life gate sensors then these will still work as normal. I have attached an install photo for you as well with the receiver tube in position.
