Yes, you can install a Curt Custom Install Kit with the Air Lift Airbags, but rather than the part number you referenced you will actually need the kit part # C16448-204 for your 2008 Ford F-250

With the way your Air Lift Airbags are installed, they are using the existing hole in your trucks frame which is the same hole that the brackets for the custom install kit use but the brackets for the install kit will mount on the outside of your frame rail while the top bracket for your airbags mounts on the inside of your frame.

What you will need to do is remove the bolt from the existing hole in the frame that is securing the top bracket of your airbags, mount the brackets from the Curt install kit and re-secure the bolt through the existing hole making sure to secure both the bracket for the airbags and the bracket for the install kit. You can use the bolt that you have already installed with the airbags or the bolt that will come with your install kit. I recommend using the bolt that has the higher grade. There is a chance that both bolts could be too short to secure both brackets due to the extra space taken up, in that case you will need to get some longer hardware which you can find at your local hardware store. If you have to do that keep in mind to get hardware with the same grade or higher that your other hardware is rated.

If you are also needing a 5th wheel hitch I recommend the Curt A20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ R20 Slider part # C16541. You can get the hitch and custom install kit together as one kit if you go to the page I have linked.

I also attached a video review of the whole 5th Wheel hitch kit and and install video on the Custom Install kit on a 2008 F-250.
