1700 lb trailer jack. what is the spacing of the bolt holes? I already have a welded on plate. thanks

I attached a picture that has the measurements of the mounting holes on the mounting plate of the Dutton Lainson Sidewind jack # DL22339 that you referenced. Basically they are 5-1/2 inches from left to right and then 2-3/8 top to bottom row and then an additional inch for each of the others.
