By 'square end', I'm assuming that the plug that connects to the factory harness is rectangular in shape?

If that's the case, we offer a solution that would provide a 7-way, part # 118243. You could then use an adapter like # PK12716. If you didn't care to bother with an adapter, you could remove the 7-way included with the # 118243 and use # HM40975 which would provide both a 4-pole and a 7-way. You'd have the extra 7-way connector lying around, but you could always use it for a spare if necessary.
