For your tire size of 275/65R18 that you have on your 2020 Ford F-150 I recommend the Titan Chains part # TC2327 as they are easier to install, provide great traction due to the diamond pattern of the links, and are priced well too. I'd recommend removing the extra links as that will be safer than trying to secure them. This way you'd never have to worry about the links becoming unsecured and hitting something in your already tight clearances.
