For your 2017 Ford F-350 that has the factory rail kit the best fifth wheel hitch is the B and W Companion part # BWRVK3300. This is widely considered to be the best hitch you can get because of how well it's made and the towing experience it provides. It holds the king pin of your trailer the tightest so it will give you a very smooth ride quality.
Then for a gooseneck ball the B and W part # BWGNXA2061 is the best option. It comes with safety chain loops as well as a handle built into the ball so that when you need to remove it you don't have to grab a greasy ball.
