Customer service at both companies has been excellent so far. Awaiting replacement ball from B&W which they shipped over night express. Hoping it fits. The product itself is very heavy and appears well made and easy to use.
Nice gooseneck ball. Fits my 2024 gmc 2500HD perfectly.
This has been a very useful hitch. The ball is easy to install and remove to have my full bed available for use. The safety chain anchors actually fit the safety chains hooks.
I just received b&w gooseneck hitch and looks great.i removed it from the package tried it in the bed and it fits great.
I bought this one over the Curt because the video reviewer thought this unit was a tighter fit into the platform. The one I got is somewhat loose in the new Chevy I have, so I don't know if the ball is undersize or the truck is oversize. I guess I need to look for some specs somewhere. Otherwise the parts look great. Hope to be using them soon. Nice to have a good carrying case, so I store these hitch parts in the camper until I use them.

Amazing product, if you have the ford factory gooseneck system, this is the perfect way to finish off the system without having to install an entire new gooseneck turnover ball system
This is a great piece of machinery. Heavy duty and came in its on plastic case to store it in. This has to be the easiest setup. The handle on the ball keeps your hands from getting greasy, which is a big deal. It's about $30 more than the other name brand but worth it.
Excellent product! Simple to use! Finding what I needed on ETRAILER was easy and the price is a great value!

The B&W in gooseneck hitch is fantastic. I wish I made the switch years ago!

Superb service. My wife ordered my B&W gooseneck ball kit at 7:30pm and it was picked up at their facility at 8:35pm by UPS. I received my package 2 days later. Will be using e-trailer more often.
This was SOOOOO easy to install... I love the case. It keeps any dirt or grease from the hitch ball from getting all over everything in the back of the truck. The black ball cover does the same thing, if you want to leave the ball installed. The safety chain kit goes in so easily. LOVE IT !!!
hitch seems a little loose in the socket, have not hooked trailer to it yet to see if it bangs around. going to love having the handle so your hands dont get greasy.

You know what they say, "Hand Hygiene: Our First Line of Defense." As for the loose ball in the socket, you shouldn't have to worry about that at all. I have even confirmed with the manufacturer that the reason that there is more slack with the OEM ball is due to the ball bearing locking mechanism. The factory prep package uses a ball bearing locking mechanism that will allow anything in the socket to spin freely. I have double-checked with the manufacturer that the movement will not cause any issues while in use. The movement is normal and must happen with the ball bearing system. If it were set to be any tighter, you risk the ball seizing.
It fits perfectly. 2024 gmc 2500hd. Very easy to install. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a simple gooseneck hitch.
Such an easy install and removal for my fifth wheel camper. Nice storage case as well. Love it love it love it!
Easy to use and store. Leave your bed free of clutter and throw those golf clubs in the back when you go camping. There is no need even to wipe the ball from the grease. Just flip the handle and gently put it back in the carriage box.
I will be ordering from e-trailer for my future needs. Fast, efficient, delivered when said part would be. Thank you for everything and I will be reccomending you to everyone I know.

Very good product it comes in a nice case
Great product,very easy to install and remove. My daughter who is 15 can install and hook up to our goose neck to load her show cattle. Very satisfied
Great quality, perfect fit, the customer service at etrailer is top notch.
This has worked very good for me. Easy to use and works fine with the 5th wheel hitch I have. This makes it easier taking my hitch out and didn't have to have brackets installed in my truck. Leaves the bed flat for other uses. Had a lot of good help from everyone I talked to at etrailer.
Very sturdy, nice case, not compatible with the Andersen Ultimate hitch on my 2023 GMC 3500HD. The puck holes are too close to the hitch frame, so the chain loops can't be installed with hitch.

After about a year, I couldn’t bear having the ball running loose in the receiver so I welded it and turned it back down in a lathe. Now it fits snugly in my truck. I also added a bump on the flank and drilled a matching dent in the truck side so it will no longer rotate or spin around while towing. These are my two major complaints with this setup.
