How To Reduce Rear Sag With Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System and 2019 Ford F-150

Question:

I installed the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System w/ 4-Point Sway Control - 12,000 lbs GTW, 1,200 lbs TW on my 2019 Ford F-150 4x4 for purposes of towing my 2020 Forest River Rockwood Ultra Lite 2614BS. Works great. The front of the truck is back to normal height but without adding any extra gear to the truck bed I have rear sag of 2”. I am considering adding the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System Code: TFR1504E to handle any additional sag, but I was wondering if this will cause any adverse effect to the Equal-I-zer system? Thank you

The Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System 2019 Ford F-150 part # TFR1504E will help to reduce the rear sag on the Ford F-150. However, I do recommend to take a look at the weight distribution setup first to make sure the system is not under-adjusted. If there is not enough weight being transferred to the front axle then rear may sag. You may need to add spacer washers or raise the L-brackets. I recommend to take a look at the "weight distribution adjustment" section of the installation instructions and make sure you have done all of the adjustments possible.

If the weight distribution system is adjusted as close to level as possible and you are still experiencing sag the Timbrens part # TFR1504E are a good idea to reduce the sag. I have attached a video for your reference.
