How to Make Titan Zinc-Plated, Leverlock Coupler Fit 2-1/2 Inch Trailer Tongue
Question:
I want to mount Item # T4845000 Titan coupler on my trailer, however my square tube is only 2.5 inch x 2.5 inch not 3x3. Do you have an adapter sleeve to make the trailer tongue 3x3 inch or would I have to make something custom? I used to have this coupler on my old boat and it was the best one Ive ever had. Id like to put a new one on my new boat trailer.

You can get the Titan Zinc-Plated, Leverlock Coupler # T4845000 to fit your 2-1/2 inch x 2-1/2 inch square tube, although there is not an adapter sleeve. Instead, you will need to have spacers welded onto the tongue in order to use this coupler. This is going to ensure the strongest connection of coupler and trailer.
