B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for 2019 Ford F-350 Super Duty
Question:
I am looking at a 2019 f350 shortbed srw, the truck already has the factory prep installed with the factory ford puck system. Can the factory system be removed and B&W turnover ball hitch be installed so i can use my 4 inch offset ball that i already have? I need the extra clearance to tow my 5th wheel.

The B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch with Custom Installation Kit # BWGNRK1116 that fits a 2019 Ford F-350 Super Duty is only designed to be installed on vehicles without the prep kit, and B&W has said they cannot guarantee its compatibility with any modified trucks.
Having said that, even if you could safely remove the factory system, it would be a difficult, time-consuming process that would almost certainly require you to remove the truck's bed. I noticed you said you were just looking at this truck, so my recommendation would be to go in a different direction with an F-350 that does not have the prep package and install the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1116 to use your offset ball.
