Carrying Identical Bikes on the Curt Bike Rack # C18085

Question:

If bikes are identical can you still carry them using this rack. Not sure if the top support bar would be in each others way to clap down on the top of the bikes. Thanks

For the item you have selected, there would not be a problem with having bikes with the same height frame. The hooks that grab the frames are offset by 3 to 3-1/2 inches so that each hook can be securely positioned on both frames. If I can be of further assistance let me know.

The Curt 2 Bike Platform Rack, part #C18085 actually fits both hitch sizes out of the box. It includes a removable adapter sleeve that lets it move between the 1-1/4 inch and 2 inch size.
