What hitch can I use on my 2020 Subaru Forester that doesn't change the look of the back all that much?

For your 2020 Subaru Forester we have one hitch that has a hidden cross tube as a confirmed fit. For that you'd want the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" part # 306-X7391. Only the hitch opening hangs below the rear bumper which gives you a very nice hidden look.
For wiring I recommend using the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # C56040. This harness plugs directly into an already existing port in the rear hatch of your Forester and will give you what you need to haul a trailer or a lighted cargo carrier.
