I do have a solution for you, however the Hopkins Heavy-Duty Trailer Coiled Wire Adapter # HM47065 won't work to connect the 4-Way flat on your Jeep to the 7-Way on your new camper. This is because the 4-Way on your Jeep will be the female end of the connector, which is identical to the 4-Way on this adapter. The male end will be on the trailer side. This just means the adapter won't physically plug into your setup because they are matching, instead of corresponding/compatible, plugs.
To connect the 4-Way on your Jeep to your trailer you will just need an adapter like the Hopkins # 37185 instead. This will plug into the Jeep's 4-Way connector to provide you with a 7-Way at the other end to hook up to the trailer. Assuming you only need to power the trailer's signal lights, the additional wires coming from the adapter can just be capped off. You will however need to attach the white wire to a clean, bare metal surface for ground.
There isn't a coiled 4-Way to 7-Way adapter like this available.
