The EcoHitch Stealth Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7265 that you referenced does not require any fascia or bumper cutting on your 2013 BMW X5 for installation, and it's actually the only hitch available for this vehicle that doesn't.
While you won't need to cut into the fascia, you will need to temporarily remove the bumper and permanently remove the impact structure for mounting. The hitch itself will essentially take the place of the impact structure to maintain support and safety.
This hitch (along with the other options avialable for your particular vehicle) are a bit more in-depth with regards to their install process compared to most other custom hitches but it's definitely something you can install yourself if you have some DIY experience and a free afternoon. No drilling is required.
I have also attached images from the install manual that you can look through that should further help you decide if you are comfortable performing the install on your own or if it would be better to just bring it up to a local mechanic.
