Trailer Hitch Recommendation for a 2009 Lexus RX 350
Question:
I would like a receiver for my 2009 RX 350, that does not show so drastically as the ones I have seen to date. I noticed your recommendation for the 2011 RX 350 Draw tite Class III part # 75676. That is what I would want, but I did not see my year listed. Could it work?

All of the available trailer hitches for the 2009 Lexus RX 350, see link, will share about the same amount of visibility. A more hidden trailer hitch is not available. Out of the available hitches, the most popular is the Curt hitch # 13530. If you want to use a bike rack or cargo carrier with this hitch, you must also use a stabilization strap # 18050 per Curt warranty requirements.
I recommend the Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 75153. A stabilization strap is not required with this hitch. I have included links to the installation instructions and a link to a video showign a typical installation for you.
With either hitch, if you plan on doing some towing, I recommend the etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts, 2 balls, a hitch pin with clip, and a carrying bag. For trailer wiring, use # 118478. I have included instruction and video links for the wiring as well.
