Question:
Can you confirm if the mopar hitch is not the same between the two models? It looks the same and the included instructions cover both models. All of your hitches listed for the jeep sit below the bumper. While the Durango hitches fit behind the bumper. 2020 model year

Since we don't handle any of the Mopar branded hitches, I couldn't comment on their fits between the Durango and Jeep Grand Cherokee.
Several of the aftermarket hitches we carry share a common fit between the 2020 Grand Cherokee and the 2020 Durango, including the Curt # C13182 and the Draw-Tite # 75713.
If you were interested in a completely concealed hitch option for the 2020 Grand Cherokee, we offer the Stealth Hitch, part # SH64FRT that includes a removable receiver and ball mount. Once either of those accessories is removed, the hitch won't be visible, with everything completely concealed behind the bumper.
