Towing Capacity of B&W Fifth Wheel Hitch that Fits 2019 Ford F-350 OEM Rail Kit

I have a 2019 F350 6.7L diesel 4x4 with the super cab, long bed, lariat package, with the 5th wheel prep package. I know bandw makes an OEM hitch for the Ford package, but I am confused as to all the different weight ratings. My GVWR is 11,500 pounds. The ford towing brochure says I can tow gooseneck at 20,700600? but then it has a disclaimer that fifth wheel hitch limited to 18,000 pound rating. How much 5th wheel can I tow? Why is the gooseneck significantly more than fifth wheel?

The fifth wheel pucks of your OEM rail kit are different from the gooseneck ball that's in the center of your bed. While it does seem odd I can see how they would rate the two differently. The B and W Hitch part # BWRVK3305 does fit your 2019 Ford F-350's rail kit and has a 25,000 lb towing capacity so it would easily work really well for you. This hitch is widely considered to be the best based on overall quality and towing ride quality.
Since we aren't Ford we really aren't an authority on what the towing capacity of your truck would be. So your best option is to find a local Ford dealer and ask them for further clarification.
