The Pro Series Square Jack, # PS1400800383, is a weld-on jack. Once you start getting to higher capacities, like 5,000 pounds, you will see less and less bolt-on options. For a bolt on jack with a 2,500 pound capacity, we have # DL22320. Given the weight of a loaded car hauler this may not be enough.

A weld-on jack like you referenced would be more ideal. Welding should be performed by a qualified professional welder.
