Where Do the Rubber Bearings Go On the Titan/Dico Model 10 Surge Brake Actuator  

Question:

Are we sure that all Titan \ Dico 10 s have the rubber bearing rubber bearing t1020900 I did not find one when I pulled mine apart. Also not clear on where the rollers go. I have two rollers, its obvious the go on the pin that the bigger eye of the shocks goes thru. Do the rollers go to the outside of the shocks? does this zerk fitting T0144901 fit in the Front Roller Bolt for Titan Model 10 Brake Actuator

I have attached for you below an exploded parts breakdown of the Titan/Dico Model 10 Surge Brake Actuator. In regards to the Replacement Top/Bottom Bearing part # T1020900 and Replacement Side Bearing part # T1242700, these work to help stabilize the inner slide inside the outer case and would have been installed on all models. There should be a total of six for the top/bottom and eight for the sides. In regards to the Replacement Rear Roller part # T0829100, these sandwich the upper Replacement Shock part # T1242600. The Replacement Grease Zerk part # T0144901 gets installed on the Replacement Front Roller Bolt part # T0828800 per the diagram below.
