Replacing Master Cylinder in Titan Model 10 Actuator on Boat Trailer
Question:
Looking at this master assembly it’s the one on my trailer but I can’t see how to get the master cylinder out as there are no exposed side bracket bolts to bolt it into place? Would they be that stupid to put frame rails over the bolts that hold the master into place? Would I have to cut holes into the frame rails to remove it? Should I rebuild it in place? I got the piston and seals out and it measures 1.25 on the fron cup and the piston seal? What can you tell me ? Thank you Chris K

If the master cylinder you need is the part # T2374600 that would indicate that you have a Model 10 actuator like the part # T4750620. Which normally this bolts to the trailer frame. The picture you submitted doesn't quite show the coupler so I can't really tell what's going on. But you should be able to unbolt the coupler from the trailer to access the master cylinder and replace it.
The two lower bolt holes that I pointed out in the picture are what hold the master cylinder to the coupler.
