Parts Needed to Complete Axle-Less Trailer Suspension with 7000-lb Capacity
Question:
Is TSR14KT01 or like tandem product available with the 4” bolt on spindles such as on part #TASR7KS02? My application does not permit tube axels the entire width. Looking for 14,000# capacity over 4 tires.

I have a solution for you, but because the Timbren Silent Ride # TSR14KT01 requires through axles, you would not be able to use this for your trailer that does not allow for tube axles to be used. I recommend that you use 2 pairs of the Timbren Axle-less Trailer Suspension # TASR7KS02 (4" drop spindle) or # TASR7KS01 (regular spindle) to create a tandem axle trailer system-without the axles. The Timbren systems above have a 7000-lb capacity with each set, which when you use 2 sets, would allow you to reach your desired 14000-lb capacity.
To complete this setup you'll need to add hubs, drums and brakes. I've listed the recommended parts below:
Brakes- Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brakes # 23-464-465
Hub/Drum- Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # 8-219-13UC3
The drums have an 8 on 6-1/2 bolt pattern and 7000-lb capacity, and will fit on the spindles of the Timbren system. This brake solution also is designed for 7000-lb applications and are self adjusting to maximize the ease of use once they're installed.
