I'll start off by saying that mobile home axles are designed for a single use, which is why they're so cheap and easy to come by. In most situations the components on these axles are not designed to be replaced, so replacement parts aren't readily available; that's not to say that it's impossible though.

In order to determine if you can use something like the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # 8-201-9UC3-EZ to replace the hubs on your mobile home axle you'll need to make sure that the bearings on this hub and drum assembly are a fit for the spindle on your mobile home axle. For reference, the Dexter # 8-201-9UC3-EZ uses the following bearings, seals and races:

Bearings (included)
Inner bearing: # 25580 (1.75" inner diameter)
Outer bearing: # 15123 (1.25" inner diameter)
Races (included)
Inner race: # 25520
Outer race: # 15245
Grease seal (included): # GS-2125DL
Inner diameter: 2.125"
Outer diameter: 3.376"

You will need to pull your hubs off the motor home axle and check the bearings, races and seals for the numbers stamped on them to see if they match up; if there are no identifying numbers stamped on these components you'll want to measure using a digital calipers like the # PTW80157. I've also linked a photo that shows how to measure bearings and spindles to determine which parts are on your mobile home hub assembly.

If you cannot find a hub that uses the corresponding bearings for your spindle, you will need to replace your mobile home axle. In order to determine which axle can serve as a replacement for you, you'll want to measure the distance from hub face to hub face as well as from the center of one spring seat to the center of the other and you'll need to provide your trailer capacity.

If you can let me know what bearings you have on your current hubs I can confirm whether or not we have an appropriate replacement hub available for you to use.
