2020 Honda Odyssey Difference Between Tekonsha 118781 and 118753 Wiring Harnesses
Question:
Why do you list two Tekonsha wiring harnesses for my 2020 Honda Odyssey? What is the difference and which one should I get?

Both the # 118781 and the # 118753 are indeed confirmed to fit the 2018-2020 Honda Odyssey, both use T-connectors to plug into your tail light connectors, and both are rated at 5 amps for the stop/turn circuit and 7.5 amps for the tail light circuit. The main difference is that the # 118753 includes extra wire to run a power wire to the battery, whereas # 118781 comes with extra fuses which activate the "tow package" and power the harness through it.
So, which one do you need? Well, you'll need to check the Rear Side Interior Fuse Box located on the left side of cargo area to see if fuse locations #10, #11 and #12 are pinned (terminals present). If so, you can use # 118781. Otherwise, if the fuse locations are not fully pinned, you will need to use # 118753.
I've included videos for both wiring harnesses for your to reference as well.
