How to Make Demco Hijacker That Fit Base Rails Fit Into Pucks of 2020 Ford F-250

How do I make my Demco Hijacker go from fitting on regular rails to the pucks of my short bed 2020 Ford F-250? I have the Hijacker that has the 18,000 lb capacity and it was on just regular base rails but I want to put it on this truck that has pucks and definitely don't want to have to buy a whole new hitch.

It is actually really simple to convert what you have now to fit your 2020 Ford F-250 with the fifth wheel prep package. Your current Demco Hijacker # DM8550034 fits onto base rails with a pair of side plates, so all you need to do is remove those and add the Replacement Side Plates for Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Ford Super Duty # DM6033. That's it!
You will then have the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Hitch - Ford Super Duty Prep Package # DM8550024 which will fit perfectly in the puck system of your 2020 Ford F-250.
