I got a new 2020 Ford F-250 Super Duty and want to Convert My 18K Demco Hijacker that fits above bed rails to fit the new factory puck system, is that possible without getting a new hitch?

Congratulations on getting your new truck! Getting your Demco Hijacker to fit your factory puck system on you 2020 F-250 Super Duty is very simple. Your current Hijacker # DM8550034 fits into the rails because of the side plates that are bolted to the base, remove those plates and use the Replacement Side Plates for Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # DM6033 and it will fit perfectly into the pucks.
