I have 2” tube rack on my 03’ TJ is there an adapter for these to fit what I have. Do I have to have the rhino rack ?

The Rhino Rack Fishing Rod Carrier # RR573F can fit on 2 inch diameter crossbars if you use the Heavy-Duty Crossbar Adapter Kit # HD-FK1. This basically gives you longer bolts for the mounting brackets so they can fit the larger diameter bars.
