Parts Needed to Flat Tow a 1997 Chevrolet Astro Van 2WD

i want to know if i can get a base plates for 1997 astro chevrolet van and do they come with with the tow bar it is a 2 wheel drive

For your 1997 Chevrolet Astro Van 2WD we carry the Roadmaster XL Base Plates, # 3138-1. These base plates were designed specifically for your vehicle and include all necessary installation hardware.
These base plates do not include a tow bar. I would recommend the Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar, # RM-520, that you referenced on our website. I have linked a demonstration video of this tow bar for you to check out. You will also need a few other items that I have listed below to flat tow your vehicle.
Supplemental Braking System # RM-8700
Safety Cables # RM-643
Magnetic Towing Light Kit # RM-2120
Be sure you check your owners manual for requirements and restrictions for flat towing your vehicle. I did a little extra research on your vehicle and you will also need a transmission lube pump for your vehicle for flat towing.
