I am looking to get a 2020 Ford F-250 but haven't decided on the bed size, I just know I want the factory puck system. Is there a significant difference in fifth wheel hitch fits for this truck depending on the bed size? can you tell me my options for both?

You will have to go with a sliding hitch to allow the trailer to make tight turns. For a trailer 8 feet wide the only bed length that's going to allow 90 degree turns without a slider is a stationary hitch. That being said you have two options.…

Hey Ken, yes the Curt A30 part #C66HR fits the exact same rails as your Reese 22k hitch. Basically both hitches are designed to fit the industry standard fifth wheel rails.
