Trailer Wiring Harness For 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee

My 2020 Grand Cherokee didn't come with the tow package but I need to pull a small trailer. What wiring will I need to add for 4 pole trailer? I know I need a hitch but other things I will need for this job?

For your 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118727 will be the solution for you. The included video is a great resource to get you started.
In addition to the wiring, a great hitch for your small trailer is the etrailer.com Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98901. It's matte black finish is not only attractive but scratch resistant.
Finally a ball mount and tow ball will be needed. An adjustable ball mount like the Curt Multi-Ball Adjustable Ball Mount # D900 with multiple tow balls will ensure you can get the proper rise or drop as well as match the correct tow ball for your trailer and others should you need to pull other trailers in the future. I've included a Help Article on how to determine rise or drop which is really essential. The more level your tow vehicle and trailer are, the safer will be your overall experience.
