Best High Capacity Fifth Wheel Hitch that Fits 2013 Ford F-350 with OEM Rail Kit
Question:
I can’t find the max and minimum heights for this hitch. I am looking for the heaviest rated fifth wheel possible for a 2013 f350 that will fit the puck system. The price on this hitch is also cheaper although it is rated for more weight. I also have heard that the Reese hitches are built in China. I am towing long distance with high weights and in your opinion is this hitch the best for that having the highest rating or is another brand better like the BandW Companion even though it is only rated at 25000. Thank you.

The height range of the Reese M5 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Ford Towing Prep Package # RP30922 that you referenced is 14 to 20 inches. This does fit the factory rail kit of your 2013 Ford F-350 and is the highest rated hitch for this application so it is your best option.
Unlike the USA made B and W hitch # BWRVK3305 that fits the Ford rail kit the M5 is made overseas. If you want quality and capacity the B and W wins as it has a 25k capacity (more than your truck is rated for) and has stood the test of time as being one of the highest quality fifth wheel hitches ever made. For what you mentioned this is the hitch you want. The M5 is a fantastic hitch, but he Companion is the best designed, most reliable, easiest to use, and quietest performing hitch made so it's going to be your best option that I recommend highly.
I attached a review video for more info on this as well. The height range of this hitch is 16-3/4" - 18-3/4". The only way I'd pick the M5 over this is if the height range of it was a better fit for your application.
