Hitch and Trailer Wiring Recommendation for 2020 Toyota RAV4 Adventure Series

Is there a hitch fit for the Adventure series of the 2020 Toyota RAV4?

Both the Curt # C13416 and the etrailer # e23ZR are confirmed fits for all models of the 2020 Toyota RAV4. Both hitches are a concealed design, which means that the crossbar of the hitch is hidden behind the bumper, the only visible portion is the receiver tube and the safety chain hoops.
Both hitches are very similar in appearance with the Draw-Tite model having a slightly higher capacity. If the extra capacity isn't a consideration, I'd choose the Curt model because the hitch is manufactured in the USA, and I like the glossier powder coated finish Curt uses.
If you'll be using the hitch for towing purposes, you'll also need a trailer wiring harness as well as a trailer ball, ball mount and hitch pin to complete your towing system.
For wiring, I recommend the Curt # C56434 due to its higher amperage rating compared to it's competitors. The rise of ball mount needed will depend on the coupler height of your trailer, but 16-19 inches is average. Given that the hitch height is about 12 inches, a ball mount with a rise of about 5 inches will put you right where you need to be. I'd go with the # 40346. For a 1-7/8 inch trailer ball, use # 19260 or # C40004 for a 2 inch ball.
