Can I Use the Convert-A-Ball on a Flat Bed Trailer With a 5th Wheel Connection?

Should this only be used for a camper or can it be used for a flatbed trailer as well?

The Convert-A-Ball Cushioned 5th Wheel-to-Gooseneck Adapter # CAB-C5G is designed to be used with a 5th wheel trailer that has a king pin 5th wheel connection and needs to be connected to a truck with a gooseneck hitch. The Convert-A-Ball has a 20,000-lb towing capacity and 4000-lbs pin weight capacity and can be used on flatbed trailers as well as 5th wheel campers.
The only issue you might run into is the height of the trailer compared to the gooseneck hitch connection, so you'll want to make sure that you have between 12-16" clearance between the two without the adapter installed; your king pin connection also needs to be a 2" king pin to fit in the Convert-A-Ball.
