Recommended Gooseneck to 5th Wheel Adapter for Flat Bed Truck with Recessed Ball and Short Bed

I have a bradford built flatbed on my 2006 250 superduty the recess opening is 16 x 12 3/4 with goose neck ball 4 inch’s tall will this hitch work also being on a short bed how can I get some offset to help turning
