The orientation of the grease hole on the wet bolts of the Dexter Heavy Duty Suspension Upgrade Kit # K71-358-00 does not matter. When you go to install this you don't have to worry about that at all.

The nut that is recommended with the #34007-187-00 is the part #192600 which is designed for 7/16 inch diameter threads that are 20 threads per inch. The diameter of the rest of the bolt is 9/16 of an inch.
