I believe you are referring to the 3 concealed cross tube hitches available for the 2019 Subaru Outback Wagon, Draw-Tite Class III part # 76227, Curt Class III part # C13410 and EcoHitch part # 306-X7601. The Draw-Tite part # 76227 hitch is the best option for the Subaru Outback Wagon because it has a bit more weight capacity then the other options and provides 1-2" more ground clearance compared to the other options.
Customers do enjoy the fact that the alloy construction of the Echo-Hitch but it has a 3500 lb towing capacity compared to the Curt and Draw-Tite option at 4,000 lbs. It also much more expensive than the other options. The Curt and Draw-Tite options are more cost effective but Curt is made in the USA. Both the Curt and the Draw-Tite install the same way and require fascia trimming. Overall you are getting a better deal with the Draw-Tite because of it sits up a bit higher then the other options which will help with ground clearance when you are carrying a bike rack or cargo carrier.
