I am not familiar with that size trailer tire, and the closest we carry are for 17-1/2 inch wheels and you can replace a larger tire with a smaller one, so long as you have the appropriate capacity.

For example, the Provider 235/75R17.5 Radial Trailer Tire # P35175 measures 31.4" in diameter and has a width of 9.2 inches when fully inflated and could be replaced by the Provider 215/75R17.5 Radial Trailer Tire # TTWP15175 which measures 30.2" in diameter and a width of 8.3" so there would be no clearance issues.

The former tire has a capacity of 6,005 lbs and the latter tire's capacity is 4,805 lbs which you would need to keep in mind with these tires or the tires you are thinking about.

You would be able to go to the larger tire size of 235/75R17.5 like the part #P35175 to replace what you have and you would have additional weight capacity which could help with the blow outs you are having. You did mention all of the usual suspects…
