How does one convert bath oil hubs to grease hubs for a 2006 Ramlin Nautique single axle boat trailer please? Thank you

Converting oil bath hubs like what you have on your Ramlin Nautique Trailer to grease hubs is just a matter of cleaning out all of the existing oil and using a high-quality grease like # L11390 to re-pack the hub and bearings. It can get a little trickier when going the other way (grease to oil bath) but changing to grease doesn't require any other components.
You might also be interested in the Bearing Packer # PTW1218 to help with this process. I have attached a short video demonstration that you can check out as well.
