What is the retracted height from the wheel bottom to the center of the mounting bracket?

I went out into our warehouse and pulled a Dutton Lainson Jack # DL22800 to measure the distance from the bottom of the wheel to the center of the mounting bracket when retracted and found that distance to be 13 inches.
